Spencer: [sighing] Hey...sorry about all the messages, but also, I guess I'm not at the same time...[sighs] I just, we're kind of at a loss here, Karen. Jack's telling me you just need time to process and I get that, I do, but it's been over a week and I'm just freaking out because we haven't heard from you, and I just...I need to know what's going on, I need to know you're ok, I need to know, please just call me back, ok?
