I did something today and I feel weird

but i'll worry because my period wasn't that heavy or anything, even though I'm fairly sure its because I messed up my cycle again accidentally and I have none of the symptoms bar for swollen breasts

which might just be because I'm gross and fat  and stressed and i dont even know if they ARE bigger or if im just panicking ill always panic
