Looking for advice and information on Sensory Processing Disorder in regards to sensory overload through touch and textures.

I couldn’t even take the lid off the milk carton today because of the texture. My hands feel like they’re tingling and I’m not doing anything, or touching anything, and hearing too things touch as well, eg. hands rubbing jeans (a.k.a the literal worst) just makes me want to scream.

I’m not even sure if I’m in the right area in regards to looking for this, but information would be great, because most things seem to be on auditory and visual overloads from what I can tell.
