“Break through Boundless Tail, Drifter!” Mumei shouted out while moving forward and slashing his Sacred Artifact horizontally, blowing back the Shadows that came right after him. Some modeled after the mobsters pulled their guns on him, shooting with feveor as he ducked back behind a wall- panting lightly. Even though he said he would help defend people, doing this by himself was a bit much. Hearing the steps come forward, he slowly breathed out and forced a determined expression on his face.

Gather up as much energy as you can and...

“RISING RAINBOW!” The force from the attack blew back several of the Shadows with a few of them disappearing upon impact to the ground, losing their form. Stepping forward, he showed as much intimidation as he could even though his nerves were starting to wear down.

“At times like this I really wish I had listened to Toji’s advice about not being reckless...”

A small gasp of surprise came from Naoto as they looked at the burly... cat. Wolf? Something furry, that’s all they knew. Frankly, they didn’t care; the wings were the only thing concerning them.

“Are those... are those wings real?” They asked him, clearly dumbfounded.

Oh that was a big guy.....Crash was used to seeing many creatures bigger than him,heck his younger(?) brother was bigger than him! But that isn’t what got Crash’s attention on the other. No it was just how the other looked like a mutant like him.

It was very likely this person was not a mutant and was from a world where creatures like that just exist but Crash couldn’t help but be drawn to the other. Maybe he should try and befriend people like him rather than all humans? It would help him not feel like a outcast in this place! Taking a deep breath,the bandicoot soon makes his way over to the other but the closer he got,the more his nerves started to kick in.

By time he reached the other,he was already slightly hunched over with his hands fiddling by his chest. Shaking his head to rid some of the nerves,Crash gently reaches up to tap the other on the shoulder,giving a gentle wave and smile when they eventually turn around.

Pate wasn’t in any state to properly greet anyone or even acknowledge them. He was far too busy trying to work out what to do now that Creighton was missing from the island. 

Surely there had to be a way to follow him back? Had Creighton, of all people, figured a way to escape? Or was he stolen away? The whole thing infuriated him either way.

He found his hand reaching up to his eye to wipe something away. It definitely wasn’t anything like a tear. Maybe it’d started raining. As he glanced up, though, he saw  the large feline-being and stared in confusion.

Not quite a faunus, it seemed. Not that it would be so far beyond the bounds of reality for someone similar to a faunus to exist in a place like this.

“Not quite sure what I was expecting here, but definitely not a full-on wolfman.” A chuckle, “Not an issue, of course, just wanted to let you know why I was staring. We have people called faunus where I’m from, but usually it’s just one or two traits. Like ears, or maybe a tail.”

With the Advent of knowledge flowing through his head, Mumei needed an outlet as to counter the innate headache he's gotten. While the pain wasn't as bad as actually going through it, it still hurt like all hell. For now he found himself sitting down at a fountain staring at the still grayed out Guild tab in the Summons app on his phone. It was probably better this way, though he hoped everyone wasn't too stressed out back home.

"Still if only I get get a sign, just something that can give me a little more information..." A small frown made its way on his face as he tapped on the map and jumped when he got a ping.

"That's-?!" There's no way, someone from his world is here too?! That's the only way...that's the only way that SUMMONS map function would work as long as someone has the same app!

Arima looks up at the tall... man? It doesn’t matter, he looks up as he holds his weapon in his hand and keeps his expression neutral.

“They’re not human,” he says, even though his companion clearly isn’t either. “They will harm us if given even the slightest chance. They cannot be reasoned with.”
