It has been a long time since I posted mine
So please welcome his new design and name change!
His power is mimicking other people voices
He has to try hard to make it sound more perfect or else it will sound glitchy like in the picture
He doesn't have his own voice so he mostly use sign language to communicate with guests like the sketch in the picture below and use his glitchy voice for the others

And his supposed to be second design here but I trash it
