AHHH okay so I got carried away in my journey of getting comfy with art again and tried a few different things…this was originally a portrait sketch…

I’m excited to show you guys Kaiyo’s dark energon form! Yassified because in the chapters of the rewrite her powers are unleashed she looks like a hot mess (being the decepticons’ prisoner) but you get it!! I’m really looking forward to posting more about her powers and how she gets them, AND her getting to use them :)

There are so many moments where Kaiyo just clowns on Ratchet. I have so much fun writing their dynamic.

I know I said I would move Stronger, Faster earlier in the show but I just worked it out and it messes with the continuity too much so I’ll keep it where it is. I realized that makes the whole tension between Kaiyo and Ratchet even juicier because after confessing he doesn’t even get time to process; Kaiyo gets kidnapped by the cons and she’s gone and it takes that for him to realize what he’s known longer than he cares to admit: he wants her.

I keep jumping around in my rewrite depending on my mood. Added to the S2 portion because S1 deprives us of Kaiyo/Ratchet goodness 🙂‍↕️ at least in a romantic sense because they’re just (unawarely) flirting in S1

Should i have TFP Rewrite Megatron be more charismatic/better at manipulation like TFA Megatron, to actually justify how he got an army and manages to keep them following him, or should i just lean more on TFP's "outright deranged" angle and add realistic consequences like "can't work forever"?
