Finally drawing again
Finalized my new chibi design and finally got to test it out on Kaidan and Hackett. Here are some of pics of them in the wip stage. It's a lot of work but it's always fun putting these babies together.
For the curious, I used acrylic yarn and a 3mm hook. Kaidan's armor is sewed on, because I don't know how not to be messy with glue so I don't use it) and Hackett's jacket and cap are removeable, because why not?

I was on discord last nigt and @mallaidhsomo shared this drawing of a Kaidan Among Us character made by the brilliant @crescentbunny.
I have never played Among Us and I don't know what came over me but I immediately knew I just had to make one. So, after a few hours of frenzied hooking, here he be, complete with maple leaf.
I used milk cotton and 3.5mm hook for the body, and 1 ply acrylic and 0.9mm hook for the leaf. I did promise myself I would never touch anything below 2mm but here we are. Anything for Kaidan.

Fortunately (or unfortunately for me, as my to do list has now grown longer) there are more drawings and I kind of committed myself to making the other characters sooo, more to come soon.

Summary:
Corypheus has been defeated, but there are still troubles in Thedas for the Inquisitor and her companions to face, together and apart. Skyhold has grown quieter with the departure of so many people, but Cullen is glad that Dorian remains, continuing their chess matches and their friendship. There is something building between them, but Cullen isn’t certain it’s the right time to speak.
When Dorian accompanies Adaar to Emprise du Lion to deal with not one but two High Dragons, his magic activates some unknown artefact, and he finds himself transformed. And while many would find his new form comely, Dorian is miserable and desperate to return to himself.
Cullen is equally disturbed and dedicates himself to finding the magical solution to Dorian’s plight, knowing he could never speak his heart until Dorian is restored.
Author's note: Please note that this fic addresses dysphoria strongly. Nothing happens between Cullen and Dorian while Dorian is in a woman’s form, this is NOT a het romance fic. But we visit Dorian’s thoughts about his body, his fear and repulsion, and he’s misgendered a time or two.
