With a few creative swaps & substitutions to my red lentil coconut curry (recipe on my website) I whipped up some excellent pantry curry! 😊🥘 As long as you use the same amounts, any variety of veggies you may have (fresh or frozen) can be subbed in! .. All but one ingredient was non-perishable in this curry: frozen peas & carrots, frozen broccoli, fresh onion, canned bean sprouts, and red lentils with a sauce of @thaikitchen green curry paste & canned coconut milk, natural chunky peanut butter, canned pumpkin, and spices. Served over brown rice with chili flakes! 🌶

I tried the Thai Kitchen Pad Thai Sauce and it was pretty good.

This was used in a homemade vegetable twisted noodles beef noodle stir fry with tocino spam that was skillet cooked and later microwaved.

This sauce was lightly sweet with a light natural pepper taste.

The sauce didn't taste spiciness it was well seasoned in taste .

This sauce was liquid in texture and not creamy or thick in texture.

This was lightly sweet and salty.

I would eat this again.

I tried this Thai Kitchen Ready To Eat Vegetable Fried Rice and it was okay. The rice was soft and the vegetables tasted fresh but there isn't any sauce or seasoning on this rice so it tasted bland. This was microwaved. I would put some sweet & sour sauce on it.
