7 years ago, if you told me I’ll be eating mostly plant-based 🥬🥒🍆🍅🥑🥦🌽🥕🍇, and maybe even getting involved with people who’re vegetarians/vegans, I would not believe you. But here I’m, 7 years later - Hunting down vegetarian/vegan restaurants in both Chiang Mai & Pai, Thailand. 🇹🇭 (Someone skillfully provided me a mission to find vegan restaurants around town, probably with the idea of shifting me into a vegan in mind. 😂) . It all began with a shift that happened last November in Hong Kong 🇭🇰. Since then, my consumption of meat 🐂🐷🐑🐔🦆 significantly decreased (although I did go through a babi guling phase when I was in Bali.) I still love eggs 🥚, but I don’t find it necessary anymore. . My body certainly feels lighter, and I don’t go into food coma like I used to even when I’m really full. I have no idea if one day I’ll make that commitment and declare to be vegan because I only want this transition to happen naturally. . The importance and benefits of consciously choosing the food we feed to our bodies is often overlooked.
