Now the question is will I have any leftovers??? 🤔 • • • You need : • 1 1/2 pds ground turkey • 1/2 cup shredded carrots • 1 can water chestnuts • 2 tbsp chopped garlic cloves • 2 tbsp chopped ginger • 1/2 cup chopped onions • 1 tbsp avocado oil • 1 tbsp rice vinegar • 3 tbsp coconut aminos • sea salt • pepper • lettuce leaves • • • What to do : • Sauté ground turkey until fully cooked • Add ginger, garlic, carrots, oil , water chestnuts, coconut aminos, rice vinegar and salt and pepper to taste. Cook for about 5 minutes on medium heat • Add green onions and serve on your choice of lettuce 🥬 NOTE: you can add teriyaki sauce if desired.
