Thinking of a swap AU where the Secret Bosses swap with the Rulers of their respective worlds, but in lore, it is more like the 'benefactor' gave them the power to do so.
So, Jevil becomes the new ruler of the Card Kingdom with the King of Spades being put into prison.
Spamton becomes the ruler of Cybercity with Queen being abandoned in the dumpster, probably as a corrupted mess.
Tenna becomes the bartender at TV studio while Ramb is now the one in charge.
I think other darkners may also have their role swapped slightly, for example Swatch is now the one responsible for security while Task Manager is the butler/maid that sells you things.
Finally, I think that the last big change is that Ralsei and Friend swap places, with Ralsei becoming this creepy goat creature and Friend becoming the new prince of darkness.
None of the lightners are swapped nor the titans. Gerson is swapped with Miss Mizzle? I guess? 🤷♀️
Anyway, their 'endings' are still very similar to in the game, like Ramb will always die and turn into stone while Tenna might get killed unless you recruit everyone in the dark world. Spamton and Jevil give the players their respective items upon being defeated, but don't hang in Kris' pockets afterward, instead staying at the town in their own rooms.
Queen and king will join the fun gang instead.
Spamton and Tenna are still very gay.
