Brooklyn, NY -- Mount Sharp will be releasing their new album That Shadow on February 21 via Dadstache Records. The second single from the album is “Ordinary,”  a song that gives you the full gamut of indie rock. The song teeters from pop-infused indie rock to heavier, garage rock but there’s no denying the consistent lively energy that makes the song animated. There’s a really nice gentleness to the verses on “Ordinary” that balances the fervent nature of the chorus. Lead vocalist Sarah Wood navigates both these energies perfectly - Wood’s voice has a softness to it that slides perfectly on the lighter verses but ramp up on the chorus. And you’ll definitely find yourself banging your head along no matter what point you’re at on the song.
