Last day in the UK and we hit the one palace I wanted to see while here. While the Tower Bridge was cool, especially seeing how the engines run, my heart has always belonged to the unique history of the Tower of London. We ended the day eating dinner with a friend of Jim’s who just happened to pick a Polish restaurant. It tasted just like my grandma’s cooking!
