Good question! I'd assume so considering how professional he is and how he treats the people from the 'anatomy magazines' like actual people instead of objects- Afterall, he may not remember it, but he's been there!

Some people may find that attractive despite the creepy features but chances are Dr. Pinington will have no clue.

He is very work focused and not the best with social cues, not to mention his dislike for touch from strangers.

On the other hand, Dr. Pinington cannot flirt even if he wanted to ("so uh...ypur eye is weird...let's talk about that") but he may say honest things that get mistaken as such.
