Fandom Friday, 5/01: Happy 501st Day!
Hello and good morning to you all, and welcome once again to another Fandom Friday. As always, this is your host Coffeelorian or if you prefer, just plain Coffee, back with another update from around the vast fandom that is Star Wars.
Before we get started, just one small Caveat Emptor/“Let The Buyer Beware” from my side: I did not read about the May First Strike until the day before I started making this post, and given that my work schedule was already determined as of the week before, I just wasn’t sure if me suddenly calling off on one of the most busy shopping days would be such a good idea.
However...since it miiiiight also be a few hours before any actual strikes begin, I hope it's all right to toss this onto the interwebs before I start refraining from making any more posts myself, if not also not doing any shopping for drinks this morning, as I'd very much like to make some kind of contribution anyways. So! If there's anybody striking sometime today, feel free to put all interactions with this post on hold, and we'll just see each other sometime tomorrow! Thanks! ^.^
For everybody else, though...if you're ready, I've decided to undertake the theme of 501st Day, as it's now officially 3 days before the next May the Fourth celebration and I couldn't resist making a special post to commemorate this occasion. Therefore, the choices below will all center around the Troopers in their trademark blue and white armor, and if this goes down well with you all, I may do the same for a certain Nightbrother next week.
