En en no Shōbōtai Season 2 (炎炎ノ消防隊) - Review

Not many people agree but for me En En no Shouboutai is one of the best things I have watched in the last 2 years. I love it and this season just got everything better.

We got so much content this season, we kind of get more information about Amaterasu and the truth behind the Holy Sun Temple. The more we know the craziest it gets.

This whole Adolla Link thing is getting cooler and confusing, apparently the Evangelist is on another dimension kind of thing? He seems to be way to powerful so I’m really curious about how they going to win.

This season we finally knew more about the pillars and we saw some really cool powers from the third generation, Inka and Nataku were insane! Specially Nataku getting out of control and the whole situation with Haijima Industries.

Now the whole adventure in the Nether again, that was crazyyy and sadistic, I mean things really escalated down there and Dr. Giovanni just got crazier. And Noto was amazing TT I real like him.

And the training with the 7th, I love captain Shinmon he’s amazing, I want to see more of Shinra and Arthur powers. And I hope Tamaki gets more chances of training with them, I’m tired of seeing being she’s more sexualized than showing and upgrading her skills, she is really powerful so I hope we can’t se more of that instead of the fan service.

Animation still super good, sound still ridiculously amazing and music always on point. I was really happy that they play Inferno at the end TT

I’m really looking forward to season 3

Ivy is wrath?!”

“Shh..” they warn, but it’s too late. “Who dare speak her name here? Come forth.” They push Huxley out into the light, pretending to scurry back to the kitchen.
