When will be the trial date for anonymous masseur guy's accusation? I thought it was April 5th?

I don’t think there’s even been a court date set regarding the anon masseur’s civil suit? Certainly no trial. But others follow legal details more closely than I do, so perhaps they have more information. April 5th was another hearing in Nantucket regarding the Will Little case. Not much happened other than the Judge is taking certain motions by Kevin’s lawyers under advisement, and  another hearing is scheduled for June 3rd. 

 “The Blast”, claims to have obtained recent court documents, and has published an apparent response by Kevin regarding the masseur’s claim that Kevin posted the “Let Me Frank” video to try and intimidate him:

In his filing, Spacey says Doe “makes outlandish and incendiary claims about an internet video from December 2018.”

He continues, “Specifically, Plaintiff conflates fact and fiction to claim that a video in which Mr. Fowler (Spacey) performs in character somehow is a disguised threat aimed at Plaintiff. Nothing in the video mentions anything about Plaintiff, his allegations, or this case. Nothing in the video is ‘[i]n apparent response to the serious allegations levied against him’ as Plaintiff claims in his opposition.”

The actor points out he posted the YouTube video before being served with the lawsuit. The case was already filed by that time.

Kevin Spacey then brings up another one of his accusers, Anthony Rapp, who Doe mentioned as an accuser who was trashed by his fans online. The actor says Rapp has been quoted as saying people online have been “incredibly supportive.”

He is demanding the judge throw out the entire case immediately.

I know there are fans here who have access to, and follow court proceedings with more dedication than I do, so perhaps they can verify?

Also, regarding the “Let Me Be Frank” video, I’ve said it before, but it’s worth repeating to say that it was definitely not in response to any specific allegations. It was directed at a certain audience, for a very particular reason. Not Will Little, not anonymous masseur, not the media, not us.
