Behold, a redraw of the scene (and series, by @magebunkshelf) that helped get me into audio roleplays! I don't think this redraw is better, necessarily (I still suck at side profiles and short hair), but I do like the detail in Bats's clothing. And the proportions and positions are a lot better.

I feel like this song is very “David and Bats’s ‘frenemy’ period between pts 1 and 2” coded if you get what im saying. Of course it’s a lot more laid back than their relationship would’ve been at that time but you get what im saying.

Cornerstone + Secret door

I’m grouping these two as they both have similar vibes and somewhat similar lyrics. The lyrics to secret door probably apply more to David and bats’s relationship (whether that be romantic or platonic is up for interpretation). Cornerstone less so but I still wanted to include it for the shits and giggles
