I think the best way to view show!crows is the Han Solos of their universe. just three kids in a beat up Honda civic that used to be a weed van absolutely putting their lives on the line for a relatively small amount of cash. driving in circles and stealing goats. tHeN they end up mixed up in the doings of a hundereds Of years old immortal wizard and it’s all way above their pay grade. They steal his Lamborghini and cause some problems but their problems are absolutley nothing compared to the scale of Actual Problems going on in the background And might even contribute to other problems being less bad. etc etc

Different genre of story???#It’s liek a superpower!!! Everyone flipping their shit about the most powerful grisha boss WVer and they’re just like #Gonna steal his car!!! And they DO #Darkling tries to attack Kaz and Kaz just throws a flash bomb at him #They have no idea what’s going on at any time but somehow are the most aware Intelligent people on the show #It’s a Dynamic!#Like once you lean into how ridiculous and also wierdly low stakes clashing with high stakes this whole plot is #It’s so fun
