I’m team Kameron!

It broke my fucking heart that on the reunion episode of Ru Paul’s Drag Race that not one queen said that Kameron deserves the crown.

So she’s quiet, so she doesn’t open up right away, how fucking dare you call her fake for how she acts around others aside from how she is on social media. Kameron Michaels has a voice and she’ll use it when she wants or needs to.

I’m team Kameron because I can relate to how she carries herself and proceeds to be silent in the situations that have been presented this season. She’s my hero and I hope she does take the crown because in my eyes she earned it.

It would be probably be true to say that Molly can do it all, and she’s definitely been one to watch from the beginning - scores aren’t always everything, but the fact that she’s never scored lower than 30 speaks volumes of how good she is. She’s really, really good, and shines in both Latin and Ballroom; her versatility, natural poise and grace and performance ability are all strengths. It’s also not to say that she hasn’t grown, either - in the later stages she’s proved she can be sharp as well as sweet. Talented and gorgeous to watch.

Helen has had potential from the start of the competition - I think back to her American Smooth in Week 1, how elegant that was and how I was thinking ‘we have a real Ballroom Queen in the making here.’ Her Ballroom has been really strong, but for me her real breakthroughs have come in the more energetic, performative dances - the Charleston, the Jive and the Couples’ Choice, which was iconic in so many ways. It’s that growth and versatility which cannot be underestimated, and it’s been a joy to see that potential grow and blossom, especially towards the later stages.
