a High Roller style fusion between Prethinker and Rainmaker. I think they would be able to control the weather somewhat better (even though it might get out of hand due to emotions bubbling). they're able to forecast the weather by.. seeing into the future. they love to play games but accuse you of cheating if you win, even though they cheat all the time by looking in the future.

i have some doodles of their beta design from last year. that i forgot to post. under the cut if you're interested!

full of anxiety but it was too "misty" yknow?

their suit design is based off this little ad off the highroller arg website. now with more brian and the head was less a brain in a jar and more of a smoke ball. the only thing i changed from this to the final design was make the smoke ball into a weather doppler and the hair more pink and rounded like a mix between brain and cloud hair. oh and misty's new raincoat. gotta have the raincoat.
