Floris Baratheon was a noblewoman from House Baratheon Floris and her sisters, Cassandra, Maris, and Ellyn, were known as the Four Storms.

The Four Storms

The Four Storms is the collective nickname for the daughters of Borros Baratheon, Lord of Storm's End and cousin of Princess Rhaenys Targaryen, and his wife Elenda Caron: Cassandra, Maris, Floris and Ellyn.

On the eve of the Dance of the Dragons, Princes Aemond Targaryen and Lucerys Velaryon presented themselves simultaneously to ask for Borros's support, who offered it in exchange for a marriage to one of his daughters. While Aemond, promised to no one, was able to accept, Lucerys was not, already promised to his cousin Rhaena Targaryen. After the deaths of Aegon II's wife Helaena and all his heirs (both their sons and brothers), Cassandra was chosen as a new bride for the king, but Aegon dead poisoned before the wedding could take place.

During the Regency of Aegon III, Rhaenyra's son and new king, Cassandra, who had proposed herself also as his bride, was implicated in a plot to poison Aegon's second wife Daenaera. Discovered, she was punished by being forced to marry the elderly landed knight Walter Brownhill, who was thirty years older than her and had thirteen children.

Maris, for unspecified reasons, was forced by her mother to join the Silent Sisters (perhaps because her provocation prompted Aemond to chase and kill Lucerys, an act that sent the situation beyond the point of no return and caused the civil war).

The fourteen Floris was offered in marriage to the sixty-year-old Thaddeus Rowan, who was offended that Baela Targaryen had rejected him, and died in childbirth two years later.

Ellyn's fate is unknown. The last mention of her is that she, along with her sister Cassandra, offered herself as a bride for Aegon III after Jaehaera's death (Aegon's first wife).

When Aemond goes to treat with Borros to win his support for his brother, Borros asks for him to marry one of his daughters. The rumor was that Aemond kissed each of them before deciding, but everyone who could hear the Four Storms being ‘kissed’ knew the prince claimed four maidenheads instead.

The little Storms were all born nine months later, with silver hair and violet eyes, and when Aemond returned it was only fair to steal another kiss from each of the Four Storms.
