How do you think the types would be placed in the Divergent factions? I'm stuck on whether and ISFJ would be in Amity or Abnegation.

DISCLAIMER: Yes, I know, EVERYONE IS DIVERGENT. It is unrealistic to believe that all people can be categorized into only five different groups. There are not only five different types of people in this world. The same goes for the MBTI; no one is going to fit their personality type exactly. There are more than 16 different types of people in this world. However, I’m sure everyone reading this was already aware of that; I was just making it clear that I already knew that.

I am purely going to go off of stereotypes, considering the fact that basically any personality type can get sorted into any faction; the factions are more based off of personal interests than anything else.

ABNEGATION: The Self-less

INFP: a tendency to be quiet and reserved, combined with their extraordinary caring for others makes INFPs good candidates for Abnegation SECONDARY FACTION: Amity

ISFP: this type is usually genuinely kind caring SECONDARY FACTION: Amity

ISFJ: patient and understanding; the ISFJ tends to be very considerate of those around them SECONDARY FACTION: Candor

AMITY: The Peaceful

ENFP: the fun-loving and caring ENFP just wants everyone around them to be happy, and hates conflicts SECONDARY FACTION: Dauntless

ENFJ: they remind me too much of reggae music for me to put them anywhere else SECONDARY FACTION: Abnegation

ERUDITE: The Intelligent

INFJ: the INFJ’s are highly perceptive and aren’t easily fooled SECONDARY FACTION: Abnegation

INTJ: do I even have to say? SECONDARY FACTION: Candor (I know, surprising)

INTP: they tend to be highly intellectual SECONDARY FACTION: Abnegation

ENTP: because they’re all mad scientists SECONDARY FACTION: Amity

ENTJ: you have to be smart in order to take over the world I mean come on SECONDARY FACTION: Dauntless

CANDOR: The Honest

ESTJ: they have a very strong sense of duty SECONDARY FACTION: Dauntless

ISTJ: their morals are very solid and unbendable SECONDARY FACTION: Dauntless

DAUNTLESS: The Brave

ESFP: because what hero’s adventure is complete without one? SECONDARY FACTION: Amity

ESTP: they just kick butt SECONDARY FACTION: Amity

ISTP: dark, silent, and deadly SECONDARY FACTION: Erudite

ESFJ: because their wrath is scary SECONDARY FACTION: Abnegation
