I was once asked what Harry Potter houses I think the characters of TIG would be. Never read the books so I wouldn't have a real clue but it did get me thinking, I am a fan of Divergent and why not put them into the factions?

Nash-Amity (literally the first one to pop into my head)

Libby-Abnegation

Xander-Erudite (but he's too kind so he's literally Divergent, we'd have to hope he survives without getting discovered)

Avery-Erudite

Grayson-Candor (this was a tough one but I just see him there for some reason)

Jameson-Dauntless (was this not foreseeable?)

Maxine-Candor (she could be in Amity but genuinely think that this suits her best)

I dare you to sort the Ro'Meave family into the Divergent factions.

Garte is an Erudite mf. This bitch pretentious as hell. Didn’t he have a line where he was like “Yeah well, I’m good with numbers” okay die???

Zianna is Amity. Idk they’re just annoying and Zianna is annoying. This is the situation where correlation equals causation.

Garroth? Probs also Amity. Maybe Candor. I remember sometimes his character just SAID shit. Out of pocket shit. But not things to hurt people’s feelings which is why I’m like amity??

Zane is Dauntless but not bc he’s brave or physically fit, because he thinks he’s edgy. He’s like that kid in middle school who was like “I wear bLACK because I’m EMO” like ok we get it.

Vylad is one of the divergent people who lived on the outside of the city and like scrounged for food. Sometimes, lowkey, his character was kinda giving gremlin. Love him but like 😀

Jedi In Divergent Factions

I got bored so I decided to make this. Brief overview of factions:

Dauntless: Brave

Abnegation: Selfless

Erudite: Intellectual

Candor: Honest

Amity: Peaceful

Anakin Skywalker: Dauntless. That one was kind of obvious really but generally he’s also selfless (pre revenge of the sith of course).

Obi Wan Kenobi: Amity. He’s literally known as the negotiator. But he could also be abnegation I think.

Ahsoka Tano: Dauntless or Abnegation. Like Anakin she’s brave but she is also one of the most selfless Star Wars characters.

Rey: Abnegation. Needs no explanation.

Ki Adi Mundi: Erudite. I just think its true.

Mace Windu: Dauntless. If I had to name one character braver than Anakin then it would be Mace.

Plo Koon: Abnegation. Just from the interactions with his clone troopers.

Aayla Secura: Amity. I base this on my bias against her after she didn’t even fight back during Order 66. But she is better in the clone wars.

Kit Fisto: Erudite or Candor. Can’t explain it, he just would be.

Yoda: Erudite. He’s wise so that counts.

Qui Gonn Jinn: Dauntless or Candor. More than likely Candor.

Luke Skywalker: Divergent. I can’t fit him into just one faction but if he had to be then it would be Dauntless like his father.

What Divergent Factions would JatP characters be in?

After we’ve already sorted the JatP characters into Hogwarts Houses and theorized what godly parents they could have, we are now planing on doing an episode where we try and figure out which Divergent factions they would choose.
