3. What is your favorite grounding tool?
when i first read these this morning, my answer was “we never use grounding and usually prefer being ungrounded which is bad but the truth” but then earlier i was outside smoking and i noticed some buzzing by the tree in my backyard and there were a tonnn of bees doing their thing and normally we’d be scared of any insects but we got close up to it and watched them for a long time while listening to the birds sing and the wind blow on our skin and realized that was practicing grounding using our senses so yay we did it lmao (and i guess to answer the question, that type is our favorite- using our senses in nature)
7. What aspect of recovering do you look forward to the most?
umm, all of us feeling at peace with all parts of us. less inner conflicts. more cooperation and compassion.
24. Do you prefer internal (like thought and feeling) or external (like written notes) communication with alters?
definitely internal more, though it’s not as clear. but writing is pretty anxiety and denial provoking so we avoid it a lot
