but it’s so true though. Macbeth loved and depended on Lady Macbeth so much and she played on that to make him fall and like yes of course his choices are his own and he could/should have been strong in the face of that but it’s so understandable that he didn’t and he couldn’t because they really were held together in an unbreakable bond though paradoxically their crimes were the one thing that did end up severing the bond and the moment she dies is the moment that all Macbeth’s madness and despair closes in on him and life becomes truly meaningless and help I’m crying
