A ship I have with said character: Ocho x Tobias is my otp for him, but i also don’t mind Gumball x Tobias

A BROTP I have with said character: I LOVE THE TOBIAS + OCHO + BANANA JOE TRIO!! those two are the ones he hangs out most with, but i also love the idea of Tobias sometimes hanging out with Juke and Bobert! and Tobias eventually befriending Rob!? that’d be so good.

i was gonna say Tobias might hang out with Clayton, but they would probably get on each other’s nerves since they both lie about so much stuff to seem cooler ... i mean, maybe then they can bond over Not being the coolest ?

A NOTP I have with said character: i haven’t really seen any ships with Tobias that i dont like tbh so i don’t have any NOTPs that come to mind. i don’t care for Tobias x Penny tho, but i wouldn’t call it a NOTP

A random headcanon: i hate his dad, Harold, so his parents divorce and he + Rachel live with their mom, Jackie. Tobias definitely got his misogynistic mindset from his dad, so once he only lives with his mom + sister, he learns to be a lot more respectful. also he’s mixed.

General Opinion over said character: he Really needs to drink his respect women juice, but he can be a funny/cool character aside from that! since it was sort of implied that he’s the “I Actually Hate Myself But I’m Going To Pretend I Love Myself And Am Super Cool” character trope, i REALLY wish that was explored more?? like he had quite a few episodes himself, so it shouldn’t have really been brought up if it wasn’t going to become a big thing imo. although i love that trope and i think it would rly suit him, so i wish it did go somewhere

A ship I have with said character: i never really thought of any ships with him tbh so i dont have any. he needs to focus on making some actual friends first before he starts dating anyone

A NOTP I have with said character: none

A random headcanon: not really a headcanon, but what if William had teamed up with Rob when he was doing his whole Gumball’s-enemy thing, and they sort of acted as each other’s “second eye” ?? and what if William wanted to continue being the villain even after Rob realized it was time for himself to be the hero?? 

actually, that may sort of work for ‘The Agent’ episode airing AFTER ‘The Future’ aired... like in an AU where these two did team up, Rob had to have decided to stop being the villain at some point in between ‘The Spinoffs’ and ‘The Future’... in ‘The Spinoffs,’ Rob was completely ok with “teaming up” with the Internet for his plan, so maybe he could’ve also attempted to team up with William?

General Opinion over said character: he definitely needed more episodes, along with some of the other background classmate characters. whether his episodes would be to further the idea of him being a side-antagonist (like ‘The Agent’), or only to better establish the relationships he does/doesn’t have with his classmates (like ‘The Voice’), it just would’ve been great to see his character be fleshed out more.

A ship I have with said character: SARAH X MOLLY!! the idea of them sharing their stories together is really cute to me! @ferviduspizza ‘s art is what rly got me into that ship 

A BROTP I have with said character: honestly i really loved her interactions with Gumball and Darwin in ‘The Comic.’ if their relationship was Always like that and those 2 weren’t as uncomfortable around her as they’ve been shown to be, i would rly enjoy their friendship! also i wish we saw more interaction between her and the other girls on the cheerleading team

A NOTP I have with said character: Gumball x Sarah, Darwin x Sarah

A random headcanon: she was also considered a “nobody” and was supposed to be sucked into the Void at one point, until she forced her way into Gumball’s life. Gumball and Darwin didn’t remember her name/who she was when she was finally given a small speaking role in season 2, and she was sitting alone at that point as well, so she was in a similar situation as Rob, but she was actually able to do something about it because she had more confidence than Rob had. (spoken about w/ @narryleedlemeyer)

also, not exactly a headcanon, but it would’ve been nice if her character instead explored the idea of her not having many friends, and then possibly being able to look up to a new art teacher character or something.

General Opinion over said character: i’m sorry but i absolutely hate how she was characterized in the show, which kinda ruined her as a character for me lol. which sucks, because i think she had a somewhat cute design and it would’ve been fun for her to be an adventurous-artsy-girl without being an overly obsessive fujoshi.

although, the way a majority of the fandom has portrayed her instead has sort of redeemed her for me! she definitely needed more episodes similar to ‘The Comic’ where Gumball and Darwin didn’t feel uncomfortable and forced to interact with her

A ship I have with said character: i haven’t really thought of anyone to ship him with, but him having a possible crush on Sarah was kinda cute? i mean if she acted more like how i explained i wish she would’ve acted in my Sarah hcs post. idk. i dont ship him with anyone tho rly

after the development Hector’s gotten since season one tho, i don’t think he would be so straight-forward in confessing his feelings for other people or anything. even in ‘The Party,’ it took him a long while to finally say anything to Tina. he keeps crushes and stuff more to himself due to being taught to keep his feelings to a minimum

A BROTP I have with said character: HIM BEING FRIENDS WITH TINA COULD BE COOL? they’re both misunderstood for being too menacing looking due to their appearances / size, so maybe they could bond over that ? they’d be cool friends. also he’s probably friends with like.. Juke, Anton, and Bobert

A random headcanon: ok well like.. since it’s canon that his mom’s 28 years old, and she’s a witch and magic and stuff. and hector’s 12 like a bunch of the other students, so she was At Least 16 whenever she had him. but there’s not rly mention of a father figure in hector’s life... so what if hector was found by her at a really young age and she took him in, and that kind of plays into her being so protective of him?

i think he’d be really close with his mom too. and rather than her making him shut down his feelings almost entirely, what if they also talked things out a lot of the time when he does feel extreme-emotion coming on?

General Opinion over said character: Hector seems rly sweet, i love that he’s literally a “gentle giant,” and i’m glad we got a bit more background on him than we did with a lot of the others! i know i say this for every character, but i wish we saw more relationships between him and the other students at school / saw more of him in general. i do like that his explanation as to why he doesn’t have many friends was a bit more in depth than some of the other students tho. also im happy that he enjoys being a giant, hector’s cute!

DAY 7: Change How an Episode Went

i actually drew this way before i made this blog, but i made it with the idea that rob tried to follow gumball and darwin when they went to molly’s tree house, but he got lost. in the end, it doesn’t matter because they land in the same area he’s in anyway

originally, that drawing of rob was still going to be him in the void, but it was going to be a lengthy comic of him and rachel.

rob has the chance to catch up to gumball and darwin and escape safely, but he trips, creating an even greater distance between them. while getting up, he hears an unfamiliar voice/crying in the distance and gets worried.

after taking a moment to debate whether he should find out where the sound is coming from, or if he should just take his chance and leave, he decides that he wouldn’t be able to forgive himself if he left someone alone in the void just like he’d been left.

he quickly investigates while still trying to keep gumball and darwin in his sight. he discovers rachel, who has been in the void longer than both rob and molly, and gave up escaping a while ago.

basically, rob tells her he knows a way out of the void and they have to work together to escape before it’s too late.
