Can I just say I don't think Nina made Crowley realize he's in love with Aziraphale. Like, yes, he's an idiot but surely he realized he loved Aziraphale. He practically confessed in season 1 when he asked Aziraphale to run away with him.

I think the realization he has after the conversation with Nina has more to do with realizing he doesn't have a title for them. He doesn't know what they are and, more importantly, he doesn't know what Aziraphale thinks they are. Would Aziraphale had just said they'd been partners for thousands of years? Did he think of them that way? Because it was clear they had something but what was he supposed to call it?
