My First Prayer to Set

I can't remember or tell you exactly what I said when I first spoke to Set but I offered him very little. I was at the end of my hopes in a very bad mental breakdown and I didn't get to meditate or give Set the time I planned to give him but during that meltdown and struggling to even just compose myself I found myself looking to him. I prayed to help me, to help ease my sadness, and to calm me down and through praying I ended up calming down a lot and was able to recover. At the end I begged him for a sign. The next morning, (25th) my mum opened a letter that said in January my provider is going to include mental health, so I can finally have affordable help.

I've heard so many times that Set helps those like me who are unstable and in bad mental health and if this isn't a huge sign then I don't know what is. I'll take it as a sign and walk with Set.

Warcraft Wednesday Headcanons Pandaria edition

While in-game the mogu models look all the same regardless of clan in my headcanon all the different mogu clans have very different face, hair and other features.(which is why Zhu-shi has the facial features he does)

There are those in Panderia that worship or use the powers of the Sha.(Before the Alliance and Horde conflict)

Not all male Panderen have the big belly they usually have(This is also confirmed in the novel Warcrimes). In addition most of a Panderen's muscular structure is hidden beneath their fur.

The Sha for me played a bigger role during the Mist of Panderia arc of World of Warcraft

It’s been awhile since I did all of the Jade Forest quests, and I have to say that watching the Sha of Doubt pulverize the Jade Serpent statue and then grow to tower over everything is still utterly gut-wrenching and terrifying.

Four Faces of the Sha; the mischevious Fennec, the patrolling Wolf, the merciless Hippo and the Jackass. Nothing else is needed for that last one. Faces and personaes that he wears at times, but there aren't absolute. Whenever chaos ever stagnant and the same thing twice?

My Life w/ Set: Preface

Hey, y’all! Gonna preface this series with after a long time of only having very minor communication but lots of interactions with Lord Set I’ve decided to make an offer and contact him.

(trying a new post format :0 )

Adding a god to my altar space: prior to this decision the only gods in my altar space have been Anubis; his wife, Anpuy; and his uncle, Wepwawet. All canine gods related to death (thus the name) and to introduce each one I’ve drawn them and given them at least one thing that’s theirs yaknow?

So for Set, I’ll need:

- Drawing of him (I’ve drawn him before so hopefully will be easy)

- Something that represents him

- Something to offer him

I’ve recently ordered some new incense sticks so I believe I’ll offer him that.

Also like I mentioned before I’m starting a new series on this blog! My Life with Set is going to be an unset amount of posts just detailing my life with Set beside me and how that has changed me.
