Today may have been the single most important day of my life. I finally realised that my only true purpose in life is to become a mycologist.
I do not have a clue what that involves but,
mushrooms!

Lately I’ve been losing what it means to be an artist: Enjoying the art you make without stress. Today I just sat and drew some flowers. This is my favorite piece that I’ve drawn for a really long time. I got to clear my mind. It was.....valuable.
the time wizards in congress are at their tricks again.
giving and taking hours like tickets at a concert.
don't let them blame this daylight savings crap on the farmers. Every farmer I know says they hate dalylight savings. The real reason we have it is politicians like Mitch McConnell, no cap, we already voted in constitutional changes to ban daylight savings it's just Yurtul the hateful Turtle blocking any change.
the number 14
for me, personally I've always associated the number 14 with unexpected events. it's kind of like a reminder that oh yeah, you didn't see this coming. like not in a million years. i could neither have dreamt this up nor imagined it. either anyway now. but this new found awareness of said unexpected event(s) after subconsciously associating it with the number (if it bings up, to be clear u know) 14 kind of ties the meaning together for me, in life. what it does is it just kindly reminds me that the universe is guiding me in the direction I need to go to be found or self-actualized even when stuff comes flying out of left field, out of my field of vision and into my blind spot. it's telling you that you can't always predict the future, but with a little bit of a pull, you can guide it and remember to also be gentle and ready to fall back on the pillow whenever you cannot will it your way sometimes i remember because when i worked at Publix i got way too deeply into the subconscious and a lot of it (fucked up shit I saw) happened on aisle 14. I remember because it was the soda aisle of that store number 490 (which is now long gone and a fucking la fitness with a pool in it where our break room used to be, but I digress) right up here on highway 60 and this one time I wanna say on the night of Friday the 13th or Halloween night or some superstitious nonsense like that a whole stack of bottles fell down and popped and exploded everywhere and there was soda all up and down on the aisle. a man one time had a seizure in our foyer and pissed himself. One morning I was the opening at the only register open on 6 and I had a woman come through and tell me she's superstitious over 6 and couldn't come thru my line. Like wtf lady there's nobody else around. I think I wanna say I changed lanes just for her. jeez. I've had some many dreams about that place. anyway not that I'm all that superstitious over it like in a neg way buttt it also has a lot of significance in my life and also inspired me to write this very overly long and overly passionately driven text post lol love tumblr y'all
