As a small little squish, Pumpkin always wanted to see it snow in Inkopolis, and it seems that she was able to get her Squidmas wish thanks to her older cousin, Syrup with the power of her witchling magic.

Every blue moon, the Witchlings gather together to cast spells & chant incantations while Inkopolis sleeps. (from left to right) we have Lavender who channels in the spirits, Salem casts healing spells, Syrup concocting her signature potions, and Celestine uses her siren singing to empower their incantations.
