I had a dream I lived on a ranch between the beach and the mountains. I was married? Or at the least I was living with the woman I loved. We had cats and dogs and pigs and camels for some reason. I would hunt and make little leather trinkets from unused leather. I’d sell them to people passing by. My lover tended to the garden and the animals. We even sold camel rides, can you believe that? Anyway, it was nice. especially since all our customers were female. All our neighbors were female. We went to the store to buy a cheesecake bc we wanted to visit my mom. And all the store attendants and shoppers were female. I felt so safe. So loved.... But I was woken up by the sound of men screaming outside my bedroom window. My dream shattered and so did my heart.
