Idea for a story: some beings with incredible powers are tasked to find new ways to entertain their race by creating new worlds and manipulating their inhabitants. One day two of them accidentally send a guy from modern Earth in a medieval world filled with magic, creating isekai. It's such a big hit that they're tasked to do that again and again, each time with something different. Now they're almost completely out of ideas, their bosses want more stuff and they risk to be literaly cancelled.

These incredibly powerful beings are real and they’re called programming directors.

DON'T YOU DARE SAY THAT ABOUT ERA 2! Sure, it was weaker in some aspects than the first one, but it had lots of great concepts and explored well the effects the war had on the main characters. Plus it gave us the legendary Feyblade.

I mean, I obviously can't argue about taste, but era 2 had so many narrative weaknesses that I think it's easy to say that it's objectively the weakest era. I am just glad it's over and I will never have to sit through another magic faery transformation scene ever again
