Muppet Christmas Carol
I feel like everybody has that one song that's always been there for them their whole lives. Anytime they felt down, their song was always there. This is mine.
The 'Fresh Off the Boat' Cast Teaches Gonzo How to Read a Teleprompter
The Muppets star Gonzo has been around showbiz a long time… but he’s not up on some of the new-fangled gadgets they use these days. Luckily, he has Fresh Off the Boat stars Constance Wu and Randall Park to help him out.

In the promo above (ABC will be rolling out new Muppets promos over the next couple of weeks), Wu and Park welcome Gonzo to ABC. In fact, Fresh Off the Boat will be airing directly after Gonzo’s new show The Muppets on Tuesday nights this fall, so they’ll be neighbors! But Gonzo’s a little rusty; first, he forgets his lines, then he rushes in too soon and steps on Wu’s line. The Teleprompter helps a little… although Gonzo ends up reading his name aloud, since it’s printed on there.
Finally, Wu gets fed up with all the flubs: “We’re getting overtime, right?” she asks Park. Yeah, we’re sensing that Gonzo’s not invited to dine at Cattleman’s Ranch anytime soon.
The Muppets premieres Sept. 22 at 8 p.m. on ABC; Season 2 of Fresh Off the Boat premieres Sept. 22 at 8:30 p.m. on ABC.
Is ‘The Muppets’ the Best New Comedy on TV?
The Muppets premiered on ABC Tuesday night, and it just might be the best new comedy of the season. The show is shot in a documentary style and centers around a late-night talk show called Up Late With Miss Piggy. Kermit plays the executive producer, Miss Piggy is of course the main talent, and the rest of the Muppet gang makes up the supporting production team. If you like to laugh, this show is a good place to start.

'The Muppets': Kermit and Miss Piggy on Working Together After Splitting Up
Their breakup sent shockwaves across the globe. But Kermit and Miss Piggy are still working together on ABC’s new fall comedy The Muppets, so they have to find a way to be civil.
In the video above, we quiz the famous pair on why they split up (Kermit says they “wanted different stuff”) and how they manage to keep it professional while working on their new show. “I’ve always been professional,” Miss Piggy tells us, “and Kermit has always been… Kermit. So there’s that.”

Plus, we get Piggy’s take on Kermit’s new pig girlfriend Denise (”From what I understand, she’s pretty boring”) and her life as a single lady — which she is enjoying, thank you very much. “Every night, I’m going out,” she assures us. “I’m partying it up! Big time!” (Eat your heart out, Kermit.)
And on The Muppets, Piggy’s the host of our late-night talk show, so we had to ask her about being the only woman in the current late-night landscape. “Women are such good listeners. It only makes sense that a woman would host her own show,” she tells us… before ignoring our next question entirely. Sigh. Kermit, we feel your pain.
The Muppets airs Tuesdays at 8 p.m. on ABC.
Kermit the Frog Tells Us What to Expect From 'The Muppets'
We’re big Muppet fans here at Yahoo TV, but we weren’t exactly sure what to think of ABC’s new fall sitcom, The Muppets. So we went straight to the source — Kermit the Frog himself — to find out what’s in store.
Kermit and Miss Piggy Share a Pre-Emmys Lunch, Get Interrupted by Celebs
After their very public break-up, it’s good to know Kermit and Miss Piggy can still be civil and enjoy a nice lunch together… as long as the paparazzi are there to document it, of course.
