I drink beer to not only go on wondrous experiences (aka vacations from a can), but to also seek out what flavors and styles I can mock or imitate as a brewer. This beer from #revisionbrewing was phenomenal. I strive to make stuff like this. Making beer is like a lot of stuff in life; there are always more details to learn, information to sort through and constant tweaking in order to succeed. Growth often comes as a result of some shortcoming. I have made a few good beers, more bad ones, and many mediocre ones. I can say I am getting better everyday. I encourage you to #getit and #hustle every opportunity you can. Be #consistent even if it’s once a week. Once you are consistent, you can add or subtract from there. Atleast that’s what I try to do. There’s always another day. To me, beer always tastes better with a sense of accomplishment. From left to right, picture one is a closed pressure co2 transfer. Pic two is the inside of the conical fermenter and pic 3 are the thanksgiving season leftovers; a concoction of yeast and sediment. This was from my recent Belgian wheat beer, which I measured at 4.5% abv. It is currently carbonating and conditioning. It tasted awesome before carbonation; I hope it tastes better with bubbles!
