Being an Original vampire is basically being a celebrity in it’s own right. Some love you, some hate you, some will do whatever you say.

28. What type of music do you like?

I can’t say I’ve exactly caught up on all of the new stuff and it seems I missed out on a few of the good music decades because now it’s all love and party songs. But without fear of contradicting myself, Lana Del Rey doesn’t have a bad set of pipes on her.

I don’t get nervous. The thought of my brother placing me in a box for another century or so.

Weakness? Are you mad? I’m an original, darling— I’m virtually indestructible. You could obliterate me into a million, tiny pieces and I’d be back to insight revenge upon you before you could even consider your next move. I could rip your very tongue from your mouth seconds before you even think about disrespecting my presence. I am one of the only true immortals among a group of carbon copies, the top of the bloody food chain and you’re trying to exploit what it is that I truly don’t excel in? Perhaps it’s my ego? My dear siblings are always complaining that to be an issue— But then again, I’m daggered half the time aren’t I? So what do they have to complain about? Then again it could be my inability to care for the lesser— But hey, again that’s really their fault isn’t it? Over the past few weeks, Anna had realised just how difficult gathering information on the Mikaelsons was. Falling short of sitting on a rooftop and observing them through the glass rooftop, they tended to run off in various directions, on their individual missions, some more pertinent than others. Throughout her 'studies', the redhead had been able to suss out some of the Mikaelsons acquaintances, which included one half of the Salvatore brothers – Damon Salvatore. From her observations, Anna had managed to find out that he had started spending a large amount of time at a local bar named 'Gloria's Bar' (a tad repetitive for her tastes, but what are you to do?). Tonight was one of the evenings were she had tired of sitting atop of the Chicago skyline, and so, decided to run surveillance on Damon Salvatore. However, when she arrived at the bar, the man was nowhere to be found. So, the young woman opted to sit at her usual table in the back (it was just far back to be concealed, but provided a good view on the bar, and the table were the vampire himself had a tendency to be seated), and waited. "I'm good, thank-you." She said, as a person she presumed to be one of the waitstaff stopped at her table, drawing in one of the small sketchbooks she carried around with her.
