This storyboard was a lot of fun to make, considering the incredible story they wrote and intense world they built for me to play in. HIIIII I of course have character boards for IN THE WOODS SOMEWHERE by @theeternalghost !!

FIRST, all credit for the comic-recreation-style artwork on the first slide goes to @omagpies - definitely go check them out when you get the chance, I love their personal art style as much as their aja-adjacent work!!

SECOND, thank you so much to @theeternalghost for being an amazing evil mastermind. I love henchman activities and making boards for this had me steepling my fingers and "yes, boss!"ing my way into really fun art :)

Santuário

Uma porta se abriu para mim, Era a porta do meu santuário. Agora que o outro mundo não existe mais, E após me desfazer o quanto pude, Ela pôde se abrir enfim. Ao adentrar pela porta, Percebo que não há luz. As velas que iluminavam cada cômodo, Caíram em virtude dos tremores do outro mundo. Pego uma por uma e tento acendê-las, Mas poucas conservam um filete de fogo. As restantes, sem qualquer sinal de reação. Assim, pego uma das poucas ainda iluminadas, E caminho para um vulnerável cômodo. No momento em que entro no novo ambiente, Um monstro aparece à minha frente, E grita com a intenção de me atacar. Porém, conforme me aproximo dele, Vejo que era apenas uma sombra, De um ferido filhote inofensivo. E então me direciono para outro cômodo, No qual vejo o pior dos destinos, Com um papel no chão dizendo: "Eu sabia que isso aconteceria". Porém, no único passo antes de ficar paralisado, Esbarro em um oculto projetor. Percebo que era apenas um filme o que passava, Que se repetia dia após dia, Em virtude de um dano ao projetor, Que impediu a exibição de outro filme. Ao tampar a lente do projetor, Noto que o filme ocultava uma porta, Uma porta que deixa escapar sua luz.

Nada mais

Aqueles que diziam olhar para as estrelas, Aqueles que diziam ser elevados perante a natureza, Agora brigam com os vermes, Querendo descobrir quem devora quem, Até encontrarem uma mão alheia para trucidar apenas pelo prazer, Dizendo com soberba que se fez a lei do mais forte. Se crê num deus, Se crê na razão, Se crê no amor, Se crê na evolução, Se crê na boa-fé, Se crê na arte, Se crê na paz. Se age pelo eu, Se age pelo medo, Se age pela conveniência e nada mais. Podemos ser muito mais, mas não seremos. O único caminho é o precipício e nada mais.

Cubo mágico

Não há movimento que imagine, Para alinhar os lados de teu cubo. Muitas cores, pouco tempo. Já não há mais como questionar: O cubo que segura em mãos é amaldiçoado. (Há prova maior que a escuridão debaixo de cada peça?)

Mas não há mal em demorar a montar, Nem mesmo se nunca finalizá-lo. Cada um com seu próprio cubo, Cada qual com suas cores. O importante é não deixá-lo inerte.

Fileiras e mais fileiras surgirão, Provocando novos lados em seu cubo, Clamando por sua reorientação. Contudo, não se desespere pelo clamor, Pois o alinhamento somente será feito, Se fizer ao teu ritmo, ao teu desejo.

Eis que um dia notará, Que não havia motivo algum, Para deixar tua mão queimar: As colunas impossíveis de se harmonizarem, Eram apenas colunas, como quaisquer outras.

Sobrevivência

E com uma brisa, As portas abriram, E os monstros se trancaram. Um sopro de esperança acinzentada. Um golpe de vista, Que de repente se tornou um punho. E porta se abriu, E uma outra, E uma outra, E uma outra, E uma outra... E o mundo se abriu. No topo da masmorra de misérias, Um horizonte escuro e seu oceano, E outro da vila reluzente. Para qualquer lado que eu caia, Há alguma chance de sobrevivência?

Meta cumprida

No mais claro dos dias, Me lembrei de minha alma, E a doença que a acompanha.

Protelei sua cura, Até quando não deu mais, Mas a areia da ampulheta se acabou.

A alma envenenou e poluiu o corpo, O corpo atacou a alma. A arrancou de si, Com tamanha delicadeza, Que quase não se percebe: Litros de vida maldita, Escapam da luta perdida... Escapei e fugi de mim mesmo.

Eis então que o corpo se curou, Tal como eles dizem: Cortou-se o mal pela raiz.
