The two faces of what I'm going through. I haven't worn make up for months, I haven't brushed my hair for weeks. I don't remember the last time I washed it. I had an ovulation break out and two eye styes, I took a before photo but didn't have the energy to put makeup on my face. Yesterday I had the time to paint my nails and I tweezed one eye brow. Today I slept in, put cream on my face, brushed my hair (took forever), washed my hair and put on all of my new makeup. My eyes are bloodshot and tired, no makeup can cover that up. But I feel like it's just taken me half a year to take a step to put myself first. Even if it took me days to do something whilst I had the time to do it. #pmdd #mentalillness #acne #cysticacne #thefight
