Casualty - Destiny GMV by TheShadoWings
VICE: Eliza & Laurel Stone | Story Aesthetics
"This world is worth saving. Not for my sake, but the sake of my daughter.”
Brilliant scientist and devoted mother, Eliza Stone dedicated her life to perfecting a cure to save mankind from a toxin polluting the air and claiming lives faster than any war ever waged. Research doesn’t progress as planned, and her superiors push her into a corner, forcing her to release an unstable drug that claims even more lives. Unwilling to shoulder the blame for the deadly drug, the government names Eliza as a terrorist who knowingly supplied a cure disguised as a weapon. Weeks after her face and name are released to the world, Eliza is murdered in her lab, beaten beyond recognition.
“They took everything from me. They lied; they cheated; they buried the truth, and they blamed everyone but themselves. Together, we will build a better future--one that has no place for them.”
Laurel begins looking into the deaths caused by her mother’s unstable drug, determined to clear her name. But what she finds is that the numbers of casualties released by the media are grossly exaggerated. The truth is that many survived the drug and are better for it. She seeks out the survivors, the ones calling themselves “The Awakened,” and she finds a mass of strangers who welcome her with open arms. They help Laurel track down and eliminate her mother’s killers--ex-convicts contracted by the same government leaders who pushed Eliza to release the drug before it was ready. Enraged by the truth behind her mother’s death, Laurel assumes her natural role as leader of The Awakened, and she forges a future for her revolution.
{AHHH! I did it! @theforeshadowings, I did it! :D This is the most complex aesthetic I’ve ever made, and I love it. There are so many layers to these characters and this story, and I tried hard to cram them all in there. XD Hope you like it, dear!}

I'm only a few hours into it but so far it looks like there is plenty to do for solo players which is kinda nice! And because it's new out the zones you travel through are full of players gathering together for public events. And the patrols are more like sidequests now.
Good Shit okay thank you all of you for the replies, this is really encouraging

I decided to upload what I already have here instead of yt. I kinda like how it looks so far - still not sure about adding typography yet but I’ll think about that later.

Another part I made for a multi-editor project. Full video not available. Sorry about the quality!
Comet and Pulsar! :)
Comet: What’s your big dream? My big dream for a long time was to be a writer, then a vet, and now I’m really at a standstill. I’m doing something that I love for shitty pay and honestly I could do what I’m doing now for my life. I love saving animals and helping them trust and love again and find new homes. But I guess right now my big dream would be to have this job at a higher pay.
Pulsar: What do you hope to do in the next 10 years? Living in a cute house with some cats and a dog, doing the job that I love and hopefully living with a friend or two?? something that prob won’t happen.

Amazing! Seriously wishing I had a sentence these days :’) keep going it’s going to be fantastic, I just know it :B
Thanks, love. :D I’m really proud of myself for reaching the goal, even if I did set it out of delirious hope. I guess that was enough to push me to work on the story...
