I 100% agree, the problem is in the US John Oliver is a bit iffy on a few things but brings up the point about how the no taxing of church has been exploited by horrible people who pay no taxes on their housing/work and making millions of dollars, buying jets, etc etc. I agree churches do a lot and the infographic doesn't help but the tele evanglists are actually thriving and it's still very big surprisingly.

Yeah, I can see that. No matter what you do there are always going to be some unscrupulous people trying to take advantage of others and make a quick buck in any way they can. It’s a tough call, but I don’t like televangelists anyway because I don’t think you should be allowed to make money at all doing something like that. =\ It should be volunteer or at the very least for charitable purposes only.

I just want to point out that a lot of taxing the church thing mostly has to do with people wanting to tax tv tele-evangelists (who are tax exempt) who are exploiting people for money and "sowing money". John Oliver did a piece on it.

Ah. I’m a bit leery of some of what Jon Oliver says - he has a fairly good grasp of government and politics but I’m not so sure about his economics. However, I’m in Canada, and our economic climate is different here.

Churches shouldn’t pay taxes, I think, because most of their money comes from tithes. Those tithes come from regular people, by donation. Not only would people not want to pay tithes if they knew it was going to taxes, but it could potentially open the door for churches to demand they be made mandatory, and people could end up paying more in the long run. And I don’t think anyone wants that. I do, however, support their right to practice religion within their own walls however they see fit to do so, as long as it isn’t harming anybody.

I've been looking through but does demigender have to match your designated gender at birth. Everywhere I've seen said demigender can be dfab/dmab.

I don’t think it has to match your birth gender, not to my knowledge anyway. I think it’s mostly used as an umbrella term for having a partial connection to a certain gender.

A fake owl would be cool but make sure it works with where you live. If there are owls in your area, it doesn't work all the time (100% will not work on crows they're too smart the little shits) but it should hopefully keep some away. If not there are also scare eye balloons which tend to work a bit more because of how brightly colored they are (but they're ugly) and bird/pigeon repellent you can spray or put on the roof.

We have owls and even a lot of feral cats that wander the neighborhood. I’ve never actually seen pigeons in this area at all so i was surprised when i saw two of them chilling on my roof. Imma look into those eye balloons too. I’m desperate...

What about inflatable owls? My dad has a very very large house in the middle of the woods so squirrels and birds used to be everywhere. He got a fake blow up owl and put it on the porch and now no bird poop or shit everywhere. I don't know where you live but there are also falcon and hawk decoys.

Hey I've been looking into familiars. However google likes to give me really hard on explaining non-physical familiars or how to use familiars in general (also really really old websites) and used thought-form a lot. Could you explain familiars(physical/non-physical) and thought forms? Thanks!

We’ve gotten a couple messages about familiars lately, but none of us here have any, or can give advice on that.

To answer them kemetic question. The general rule is that if it is a dead religion is it open (but not always). But egypt conquered and converted those who they conquered so it was not limited to a culture. So long story short - yes it is an open religion.
