Aang never deserved Katara

Can't say I disagree.

Having rewatched the show with a more critical (and admittedly resentful) lens, K/A really was definitely more from an Aang-centered point of view.

It was always about how Aang felt about Katara, but her feelings were almost always too vague (until Book 3).

Rewatching the Southern Raiders reminded me of why I stared to dislike Aang and the Ember Island Players episode made me stop caring for that ship entirely.

Sorry for the late response! Keep meaning to respond to asks, but then forget about them. As for your question, I absolutely still ship Cloudycai! I understand what they were going for with Mordecai character, which I can respect but I still hate it since CJ was an awesome character and I loved her relationship with Mordecai! Still salty about the break-up to this day

If Kagome had stayed with Hojo and fell in love with him, there would have been no chance for a love triangle between her, Inuyasha, and Kikyo. Kagome wouldn't have any feelings for Inuyasha, and he would be able to pursue a relationship with Kikyo. This scenario would leave the Inukagkik love triangle completely out of the picture. It's a definite game-changer for the story's dynamics!

It would be much better and it would make sense. I only know that Rumiko wanted to make Kagome after gluing the shards together return to her own time and Inukik together, but oh well… she supposedly listened to Kagome is va and made Inu//Kag together which makes no sense. The funniest thing is that she has literally now become her own ancestor without a child. So her family comes from the modern times, and she went back XD It's so absurd that it's already too much for fiction and doesn't make sense. Sure, it's fiction, but fiction should also make sense, but considering that Inuyasha is full of mistakes, I'm not surprised by what happened.

I'm not sure if that would have happened at all. Kagome never had any romantic feelings towards Hojo, so I doubt she'd have ended up with him at all. (Unless it's the AU where Kagome never went through the Bone-Eater's Well, and actually grew to genuinely like Hojo in her own timeline. Realistically I think that's the only way it would have worked out for them, though that would mean InuKik never would have gotten back together because nothing would have changed.)

Kagome only really had romantic feelings towards InuYasha if recollection serves correctly. (Hell, KogKag would have been more believable for an alternate endgame for her considering she at least respected Koga. Which is more than I can say for InuYasha, considering how often she abused that damn sit command. Still more for KogAya, but I like KogKag too.)

If Kikyo survived though, realistically I think InuYasha still would have chosen her wholeheartedly. Because he picked her over Kagome any chance he got. So in an ideal world, they would have been happy. And Kagome would have moved back home (or stayed in the feudal era and given Koga a chance), and slowly but surely gotten over InuYasha. (If you want her ending up with Hojo though, that's fine. I think it's a cute ship concept. I just don't really see it as endgame in an InuKik timeline. It'd take a lot of work for it to get there since Kagome was devoted to her crush on InuYasha.)

Honestly, after having rewatched TLOK, I feel kinda vindicated knowing that Aang was a shitty dad. Because it’s a harsh awakening when it comes to (almost) everyone’s “precious golden boy” isn’t as perfect and “goated” as they claim he is 😁😁

As for Kya and Bumi potentially being Zuko’s kids…I can see the vision for Kya, not so much for Bumi. Because Zuko wasn’t close to the original Bumi like that, ya know?

Either way, I see where you’re coming from. Given how Zuko was apparently a good dad to Izumi, I’d definitely agree of Zuko being a good father to Bumi and Kya if they were his kids.

Probably. I'll never understand why actors and actresses have to spout anti rhetoric. It's like people can't simply dislike a ship anymore without going into some moral or political crusade over exactly why they dislike the ship and how it's so bad to them.
