if Kagome ended up with Hojo and Inuyasha stayed happily with Kikyo? then the InuKagKik Love Triangle wouldn't existed.
I'm not sure if that would have happened at all. Kagome never had any romantic feelings towards Hojo, so I doubt she'd have ended up with him at all. (Unless it's the AU where Kagome never went through the Bone-Eater's Well, and actually grew to genuinely like Hojo in her own timeline. Realistically I think that's the only way it would have worked out for them, though that would mean InuKik never would have gotten back together because nothing would have changed.)
Kagome only really had romantic feelings towards InuYasha if recollection serves correctly. (Hell, KogKag would have been more believable for an alternate endgame for her considering she at least respected Koga. Which is more than I can say for InuYasha, considering how often she abused that damn sit command. Still more for KogAya, but I like KogKag too.)
If Kikyo survived though, realistically I think InuYasha still would have chosen her wholeheartedly. Because he picked her over Kagome any chance he got. So in an ideal world, they would have been happy. And Kagome would have moved back home (or stayed in the feudal era and given Koga a chance), and slowly but surely gotten over InuYasha.
(If you want her ending up with Hojo though, that's fine. I think it's a cute ship concept. I just don't really see it as endgame in an InuKik timeline. It'd take a lot of work for it to get there since Kagome was devoted to her crush on InuYasha.)
