Do you still ship Mordecai and CJ

Sorry for the late response! Keep meaning to respond to asks, but then forget about them. As for your question, I absolutely still ship Cloudycai! I understand what they were going for with Mordecai character, which I can respect but I still hate it since CJ was an awesome character and I loved her relationship with Mordecai! Still salty about the break-up to this day

So, it seems that svtfoe followed the footsteps of RS in regards to the whole love triangle plot. Frankly, I’m disappointed, we all knew Starco was endgame; since the beginning of the show, it’s been implied. That’s fine, I’m not salty about that, I personally don’t mind Starco. Thing is, it seems forced because it was forced. It doesn’t feel genuine having Star happy with Tom one moment and then suddenly dropping him in favour of Marco when they were making strides with their relationship. Was it perfect? No, but they both wanted to make it work, that much was clear. Really, this just makes Star look selfish using Tom as a replacement and throwing him aside just like Mordecai with CJ. In this essay, I will.

What’s your favorite canon moment of Mordecai x CJ?

By this point, after all of the series’ romantic drama and years after the series finale, my favorite scene is when they first meet. Mordo and CJ have a pretty immediate, organic connection. They have a lot in common from similar personalities and motivations to mutual interests. In this scene, their dynamic translates as having potential to develop into a strong platonic friendship or more at a later point in time. In short this is the foundation and establishing shot for what these two could be like. The meat of what makes them such an appealing pair to follow and get invested in. 

That’s my pick for now. I’m definitely tempted to re-watch through Regular Show now.
