It is brave getting up in the morning when you have a heavy heart and you feel trapped and sometimes stuck. It is brave that you keep going even when it is tough. It is really brave that you still hope, that you still keep your heart open and that you are showing up even though you often get knocked back. It is brave that you fight, that you keep on going, one step at a time, showing up for you. It is brave dealing with what you deal with and know that it is helping you to become a more free and real version of yourself. Be proud of yourself, it is not easy at the moment, you are digging in. Know that you are enough by just being you. Kindness to yourself and others is so important at the moment.
