Familiar soul, Different face
George moved away from her most resent job, mourning silently for the family that just lost their son.
She thought for a moment about someone she knew who had never properly found his lights... Not that she had minded, there was a good heart under the rough ghostly exterior. If she had to be stuck with anyone, it would be him.
And it was that thought that made his sudden presence so thick in her mind, she could feel it- him- his soul... near by... but, it was different. Her still-beating heart raced, and she quickened heading in his direction. Stopping just short of where he was.
Gavin. It was him, she could just tell, but his face... it was different, and he lacked the ghostly feel... He was... Alive.
She would have choked and died right then and there, if such a thing could happen. This was worse than when he was dead! Now there was no way anyone would look favorably on their relationship, if they still had one. she took a deep breath, shoving her hands into her pockets and walking right up next to him. A wary glance was cast before she spoke.
"It's a pretty nice day out today.. Don't you think?"
