Wei Wuxian loses thirteen years of his memories, which means he has absolutely no idea who tried to kill him the day before.
(He's also at a bit of a loss as to why the beautiful Lan Wangji, who seemed to at most tolerate his presence before, is at his side when he wakes up. But that, Wei Wuxian supposes, is neither here nor there when a murder mystery is to be solved.)

A Man Chooses by lipsstainedbloodred (M | Incomplete | 1/5)
Neil wakes up with nothing but his name and a million questions. He has vague feelings of memories, but nothing concrete. He remembers the ghost of his mother’s hand on his arm, her hurried voice in his ear. And pain, he remembers that too. He finds himself in a place called Rapture, run by a man named Kengo Moriyama who has managed to turn paradise into a living nightmare. Neil finds himself in the hands of the Foxes, a rebel group just trying to survive the splicers and the Moriyamas guard Ravens. As time moves on and things take a turn for the deadly, Neil comes face to face with where he came from and who he used to be.
‘I wouldn’t associate with Andrew anymore, nor with any of the others. You can’t trust foxes after all.’
The man’s fist connected precisely where his head wound was, and then Neil Josten was gone.
Neil loses his memory and has to somehow make sense of the pieces of his past and present. And Andrew.

The secret to the Midas touch is this: you just have to be willing to get your hands dirty.

loving you is muscle memory by Talls (T | 1,452)
Neil has temporary amnesia, and Andrew is disconcertingly attractive. This is especially disconcerting because Neil was pretty sure he didn't swing. Nicky is endlessly pleased by the entire situation.

Make Like a Bird (and Fly Away) by FatesOfConquest (T | Incomplete | 4/?)
His feet were moving before his mind processed the scene, goalie racquet a heavy promise in his hand.
He wasn’t fast enough.
The swing and sound of Riko’s racquet would be etched into his memory, eidetic or not, the shaft of the stick slamming into Neil’s shoulder, basket and netting catching him across the face and temple. Neil crumpled to the side like a throwaway doll.
What the Fuck is Stickball and Who the Fuck is Stefan by Dying_Is_Easy_Living_Is_Harder (Not Rated | Incomplete | 22/?)
Neil and Mary's last run-in with Nathan and his crew led to her death and Neil losing his memory. He's forgotten everything that's happened since before they left home, living only on his instincts and his mothers dying words to him. When he picks up an exy stick at Millport and is caught by the one and only David Wymack, his life starts to change dramatically.
He's got to figure out how to listen to his mother while living a life he is happy with and keep himself alive at least long enough to remember who he is and why several of his new team members seem unnecessarily interested in who he is.
