I ended up having to carefully recolour the pictures of Oshawott in Photoshop because there isn’t much official art of Shiny Oshawott. I hope you like what I made. Let me know if you need anything changed.

I made themed nonbinary flags based on Mystery Burns from Doll Eye!!  I just color sampled from the official art for each, however since Victor has no yellow in their design I had to improvise and mix some colors from them and the original flag.
