Soft jazz played in the background as Cuphead sat alone just outside the casino. He already did his quota for the day, and with not much else to do, he was inside his home the Devil’s casino, sipping some unknown liquid in a tiny glass cup.
Annoyed by the loud noises, he moved away from the bar and to the casino’s door, where he could at least get a nice fresh whiff of the hellish air--
--until something bumped into him.
“What’s the big idea?! Y’ can’t watch where you’re going, buddy?!”

Cagney carefully scoops up the kid in his arms when he sees the wobbliness in the poor cup’s legs.
“Dori makes the best chicken noodle on this isle, that ain’t true, then I ain’t no flower!” He says, starting off down the path, which went all around Isle One and eventually led to the nice cottage he and Dorian shared.
Sure, it may be a smuggling station, but that doesn’t mean they can’t have guests over.
