Kade’s tongue lolled out of the side of his muzzle, grass upturning with his fast, powerful strides. The footsteps of the people that had been chasing him had faded already, but he wasn’t about to take a chance and stop now. He had to find somewhere he could lay low for a while...

As if to answer his plea, he noticed something out of the corner of his eye. A house? That would have to do for now. Besides, he felt better about his chances against the few people that might be inside the house than the larger group that was after him.

Bounding over, Kade shifted as he got up to the door, jiggling the handle to see if the door was locked, clicking his tongue when it was. “Maybe a window?” he muttered to himself, running around and checking each window, before finding one in the back that wasn’t locked and opening it up, pushing himself through it.

Heaving a sigh of relief, he pushed himself to his feet and started to look around cautiously. Just as he was convinced that it was empty, his ears twitched, and his tail stiffened, hearing someone at door. Doing all he could think of in the few seconds before the door opened, he hit the ground, laying flat on the floor behind the couch. At least this way, he might get the element of surprise.

Why was he asked to interview the newcomer? Honestly, Ryuu had no idea how to properly evaluate if the other was fit for the job- not that it was rocket science to help around the bar, but still... His friends certainly had a horrid way of getting back at him- and at the expense of a stranger none the less...

Sighing, Ryuu looked over the provided papers once again, glad that he had his glasses with him as he forgot to put his contact lenses today, and turned his glance towards the other.

“So, why do you think you should be employed in this place?”

It was a generic question, wasn’t it? God, the blond was going to kill a certain owner...

How well I stay IC - Well I haven’t watched Naruto that much (due to the fact that my brother watches it and I refuse to watch it because I’m an evil sister) so I can’t really say if you stay IC or not. But still, I love the way you play Mina-chan!
