It wasn't though. It was real. How many other weird messed up kris-pranks™ weren't actually jokes, but instead just saying "it was just a prank!" was the easier explaination?

Okay okay so twin dragons au right? Ingo is Zekrom, Emmet is Reshiram and whatnot. (And also Draden being Ingo and Emmet's Uncle/Father this is also important) I'm sitting here playing Violet and just caught myself Kyurem and FINALLY got around to finishing the dlc story and whatnot- so that's what started this. and- and I can't fully explain- BUT HEAR ME OUT!! some of y'all need to learn to be normal about kids. and people younger than you generally.

and no this isn't just about the kid haters. it's also about the 20 year olds online who refuse to interact with 17 year olds because its "inappropriate now", and the 30 year olds who have <25 year olds in the DNIs, and the 25 year olds whose bios say only people between 20 and 30 can interact because they reblog a slightly suggestive post once in a blue moon on an otherwise sfw blog. like. this is not healthy and it is not how people work, period. it's literally just other people. what are you doing. how are you even enforcing it? are you checking the bio of every post interaction and new follower? checking the about page of every single person you reblog a post from? checking the carrd of every single OP of a post? isn't that exhausting? to what end? what is this protecting you or anyone else from? do you actually feel better, and have you prevented any harm being done (by who?)... or have you just convinced yourself being constantly on alert feels fine and normal?

learn to be normal about people younger than you in public online and irl spaces, or you are going to end up as an adult that can harm kids through negligence and inexperience, regardless of good intentions.

and to the teens reading this: yes, practice online safety 100%. be reasonably cautious and don't give out identifying and personal info. not just towards adults, but Anywhere online. however, please know it is normal and healthy to have friends and/or family and/or acquaintances of various age groups that treat you with respect. not like "wow you're so mature for your age" (red flag) or a kid to patronize and talk down to constantly. but as your own person with your own boundaries and thoughts and experiences. in fact, it is vital for you to learn what interacting with reasonable adults looks like in order to help you notice easier when other adults (or even other people your age) aren't treating you appropriately.

Every time I see someone acting like OFMD caters to straight people or is innoffensive or that the show isn't unapologetically queer enough their arguments always seem to amount to "No real queer rep has ever existed in history" when taken to it's logical conclusion. Like they gave us a rom com about gay men which included a nonbinary character who just was nonbinary and didn't explain themselves to the audience and then people immediately started saying "but they don't even have lesbians" because that's the knit pick for a show that takes place in a male dominated setting (a pirate ship) and the crew was like "Ok heard here's some lesbians" and then the goalpost shifted to "the polyamory wasn't poly enough" (are Jackie and Husbands chopped liver to you girl?) And at this point we're one intersex person away from the whole fucking LGBTQIA acronym, one of the characters has successfully transitioned into a fucking bird, there was an entire drag show, and we haven't seen a single named heterosexual character in 8 entire episodes. Like I'm sorry if this is not gay enough for you then nothing is.

Kinda wished Obanai’s fear and hatred of women should be explored more, don’t get me wrong. I love obamitsu like a lot, they’re one of the cutest couples i’ve ever seen. But the way Obanai’s falls in love with her at first sight doesn’t stick well enough with me to make them #1 ship.

I’d like it more through Mitsuri’s consistent kindness he showed and shower him, the kind of kindness he has never receive(excluding the Rengoku Family, i’m sure they took care of him well) from a woman and through Mitsuri he learns the true value of kindness and love which that later on is his turning point to letting his guard down to and opening his heart to give a woman a chance.

It is by her positivity he learns living longer doesn’t seem bad and that he is worth of loving

I don’t know man I just love when a character's fear is being explored more than to just brush it off. i don’t like romance all that much, i like it if it has chemistry and their dynamic is explored.

Considering Obanai’s backstory, it didn’t make sense to me. He just falls in love with her out of the bat, regardless of her purity. Trust isn’t easy to obtain especially to someone like Obanai.

Please all i want Obanai’s fear and hatred of Women to be explored and how Mitsuri manage to change that view by just consistently showered him with positivity and kindness
