Thenthuk - Tibetan dish This one in frame is a fried veg. Thenthuk which are fried diced flat noodles and veges in a spicy sauce. It's basically a type of thukpa, a Tiebtan noodle soup. The terms 'then' means pull and 'thuk' is noodles. The main ingredients include a wheat flour dough and mixed veges. The soup is kept to boil well and in between the dough is flattened, pulled, cut right into the soup. Then cooked well and let cool to be served at a fine temperature.
